Firstly, the white-glove service received from Joel and his team is the sort of service you would expect from someone telling a multi-million dollar home. The truth is, my home was approx half a million dollars. At all times during the campaign I felt like Joel’s only client: he was easily contactable and always providing the answers to my questions before I could even think to ask them! After interviewing 2 other agencies to sell my property it was clear Joel from GPA was different to the rest: he was truly passionate and excited about my property whereas the other agents were quick to point out its flaws. Further, Joel was tenacious and enthusiastic- upon meeting him you could instantly tell that he will get the job done and exceed expectations. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy the whole process has been. Communication was perfect. I never felt like I was left out of the loop. After every inspection Joel would phone me and update me on the number of visitors and the feedback received. I really felt like I had someone holding my hand throughout the whole process. We were fortunate to receive a killer offer despite selling in a failing market. The price received had broken all records previously made for my particular apartment block. At no time did I ever feel pressure by Joel to accept the offer. I attribute the success of the sale of my property to Joel and his team. Joel and his team did a fantastic job selling our place and completely exceeded every expectation we had for the sale price. Whilst I knew that Joel was working on a number of other properties and was a "busy" agent I always felt like we were his number one priority, he knew all of the potential buyers and between he and the team (supported by Mariam and Saul) there was always someone in touch, providing updates during the campaign and happily opening up the property after hours to show potential buyers through for private inspections I'm sure I was not the easiest vendor to deal with, often calling Joel at strange hours (especially in the lead up to auction day), he put in the hard work and late night phone calls with both myself and the potential buyers. We followed Joel's advice (in particular around pricing and styling) and couldn't be happier, I have no doubt that it was through his hard work, passion and love for real estate that we achieved such a great result!
