Amazing agent!
Limor is a great agent who really cares about her vendors and buyers. She has a special gift for finding the ‘right’ buyer for a property and puts everything into making sure the deal is done! Excellent Auctioneer!
From the moment we sat down with Jeremy Rosen and Daniel Micmacher it was obvious that they were both passionate Real Estate professionals. They went through every facet of the selling process, answering any questions we had succinctly and a presented a number of Marketing plans suitable for our property . Very personable gentleman,their knowledge of the Caulfield market was impressive and they were clearly a formidable team ready to take on the challenge of selling our family property. Communication from Daniel and the unseen hero of the team Charlotte Russ was constant, welcomed and informative. Come Auction Day, Jeremy shone in his role as Auctioneer. Delivered above expectations
I wanted to sell my property whilst I'm living overseas. I was a little apprehensive at first as I wasn't sure that the agent would sell my property with the same tenacity if I was in the same city or country. But after my husband went to Australia, met with Limor, we signed her up straight away. Both Limor and Nikki sent us weekly video updates about the inspections and before the auction day had a Skype link up with Nikki to talk strategy. Above all, got a great result. There advice was sound and to the point. Would highly recommend
