I initially spoke to Andrew when he responded to my enquiry about a beautiful home he was selling. We then met at that home's open house. Andrew remembered our personal circumstances and despite there being another 50 groups going through the house that day, he took the time to engage with us about our interest in the house! We did not buy that house but when we were putting our own home on the market we interviewed five real estate agents, including Andrew Taylor. He immediately engaged with us regarding our personal requirements. He took the time to understand the peculiarities of our house and our motivation for selling. Without any hesitation, we would recommend Dane Alderson as an honest, reliable and true professional in local Real Estate. Dane provided advice and guidance through each step of the sales process and his industry experience was evident in every aspect including our property preparation, presentation and marketing. Our marketing campaign resulted in record numbers of buyers at each and every open for inspection and we were looking forward to a successful auction.
