We were very nervous about putting our townhouse on the market. We needed an agent who believed in its worth even more than we did, and someone who was able to convey that message to buyers. Previous agents talked about all the reasons why we may not get the price we wanted. But Dane from the get go only focused on why he would work his absolute hardest to meet our expectations. Dane was open and honest to suggest we make a few minor upgrades to our property, and because we trusted him, we did these things. Taking Dane's advice, along with Dane's persistent hard work and knowing the market better than most, was able to get us $50k over what we were hoping for within just a couple of weeks after putting our place on the market.
