Andrew is by far the best of the best when it comes to real estate agents. The final sale result was absolutely amazing and well in excess of what we had expected. Andrew was simply professional from the moment we met with him all the way through to the exchange of contracts. He provided a detailed appraisal showing us other similar recent apartments that have sold but recognised the value and features that would attract buyers. Andrew explained the marketing options and sale approach that was the best fit to maximise the sale price for our property. He was 100% right! In less than 7 days he had a number of buyers competing for our apartment and negotiated a sale that we are wrapped with.
