Gavan properties was approached with other agents to sell my property in Townson Street, Blakehurst. Before being contracted he produced within 24 hours proleptically, a full assessment of the potential for the property with photographs, ground and floor plans as well as a comprehensible collection of sold properties similar to my one. There was a full disclosure of the costings and contact details. The paperwork and provisional advert were streets ahead of other agents, so he was hired.
