Dane has been exceptionally patient, understanding & extremely helpful during my time to prepare my unit for sale. He was & is very kind to his clients even if they were or are a handful at times. Dane always has a smile when he greets you, he is always very happy & cheerful when he talks on the phone with you. All this is very reassuring to one, especially if you are on your own at the time of selling. In my case he went out of his way to make me feel he cared what I was feeling & got me a lovely little fluffy toy dog the closest to my gorgeous CHAUVONNE whom I lost very unexpectedly & wasn't coping so well as she was my world. This was over & above his duties as my Agent, it was just a small example of his kindness. He professionalism is second to none (you can pay me later Dane)HaHa.
