I recently purchased a Villa in Connells Point. The property I bought through Gavan Properties of Mortdale. In buying this property I found the Agent Dane Alderson to be friendly, helpful and easy to deal with which made my purchase a lot easier than I anticipated. When we rang Gavan Real Estate and asked for an appraisal of our property they sent Dane Alderson. From the time he entered our home we felt confident and at ease with his mannerism. Two months later we decided to sell our home and we had no hesitation in choosing Dane. His advice on how to go about selling our home was "spot-on". He helped us with many aspects towards preparing our home for sale, including regular phone calls that assisted us along the way. Dane asked us at our first meeting - would we be happy if we didn't try everything we could to sell the apartment? We are glad we took Dane's advise and did all we could. Dane guided us through the entire selling process patiently, breaking things down and using simple examples to help us understand the impact of our decisions. He was accomodating to make things happen such as dealing with the furniture hirer as well as conducting personal viewings. I found Dane Alderson very approachable, hardworking on our behalf and easy to deal with. His advice and knowledge about property prices in our area was spot on and we were very happy with the overall auction campaign. Dane was very thorough in his feedback about all inspections and his advice on how to come up with a reserve price was brilliant. Auctioning a property can be daunting and I really appreciated his patience, help and assistance. Even if I thought it might be a dumb question, Dane never hesitated to allay my fears and explain every detail of the auction process. I honestly could not recommend him highly enough. He was excellent.
