The preparation and marketing of our house was incredible. Maddison was integral to arranging tradesmen and painters to start working on our house while we were on our honeymoon. Her communication and organisation was phenomenal. The photos and video of the house were beautiful. The house openings were conducted with great professionalism and they even let viewers in before and after the opening times. The communication throughout every step of the process was excellent. Daniel even adjusted the price guide several times, to reflect the solid demand we had in the preparation for the auction. We sought his advice regarding accepting offers / continuing to auction and in the end we got a fantastic price because we trusted him the whole way.
