My father made me promise to him that when the time came to sell the family that he had built almost 50 years ago, I would engage the services of Daniel Gavan. Knowing that dad hadn't purchased or sold a property in quite some time I asked him why Daniel Gavan. His response was clear and concise ... "Because he's a local boy and I see him as a very honest and hard working young man.". If I had to give my dad a score on judging character, it would be 10 out of 10. After my first meeting with Daniel, I knew immediately that he would not disappoint. He not only provided some great advice on how we could prepare the property to maximize the sale price, but also provided us with suggested contractors who could carry out the required work. At no stage during the negotiation stage did Daniel try and pressure us unto accepting a lower offer. All he asked from us was to "let him do his job". The property was sold in less than 2 weeks from listing date for a price at the higher end of our expectation range. I think it's safe to say Daniel "did his job". It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Daniel and his whole support team. The service provided was first class, and our family could not have asked for anything more.

I’ve known Dane for many years and was very glad I got the opportunity to see him about my property in Mortdale and a potential sale at the time. We spoke about the process in detail in a casual yet highly informative manner. He heard my concerns and my position and never pushed me into the process. Eventually I got to to stage where I was wanting to softly sell to the closed market. At a point I stepped up the campaign to the open market again with Danes help and we achieved an outstanding result. Again Dane understood and supported me in whichever form I chose to sell and even if I didn’t choose to sell. Nearing the point of time where I signed the contract of sale. Dane was able to achieve attractive figures which led to a fantastic result. I almost want to buy again in the area to sell again with Dane. Highly highly recommended.
