Erica has listened, responded, and validated the needs of both owners of my home. Erica gave us valuable information throughout and supported us to empower ourselves through the transition of selling and moving on with our lives. We were so lucky to find buyers quickly and with Erica's support sell our home with little to nil drama. No question was little or too big for Erica. It was initially overwhelming when trying to select an agent to sell our property, however am glad with the recommendation from a friend to use Erica.. We are so very happy we chose Erica to help sell our house at Narangba!! What we loved about Erica was her frequent communication and updates the entire way, quick to take action with supreme results, master skills in negotiation, deep knowledge of the whole real estate world, extensive network of trusted business contacts to help with the sale, and my favourite being attentive to detail (to our standard, which is a super high standard). The whole way through the process it felt like we were in really good hands and being guided and taken care of by the best. Before engaging Erica I was nervous about what it's going to be like to sell a house never having sold one before being the biggest transaction of our lifetime, but it was really reassuring having Erica take care of the whole process and handled extremely well. But now I wish I had more houses to sell through Erica it was that good! We've been trying to buy a home in the Narangba/Burpengary area for several months and there were so many real estate agents who never bothered responding to our inquiries, took several days to respond or were simply impossible to reach. We were keen buyers with finance ready to go so it was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Then along comes Erica! Oh what a breath of fresh air. She was absolutely fabulous to deal with. Always responsive, nothing was ever too much trouble, so knowledgeable about the local area and super friendly. She helped us purchase our dream home and now I'm glad no one else got back to us because we probably would have settled for a home we weren't 100% happy with instead of the gem we got. Couldn't be happier with the process, from the first open home we visited with her, to the final hand over of keys. And everything done over the busy Christmas period too.
