Kyle was very easy to deal with, was punctual, guided us when needed and communicated well during the process. Our sale was pretty straight forward and negotiations were managed in a timely manner, even with a few late night calls if required. Even though we were a little reluctant to openly advertise our home, it was good to go on realestate.com etc, though our buyer did end up coming from the database. Overall a pleasant experience.
