Kyle was assigned to us by the agency and from our first meeting he came across as a very positive person. He went to great lengths to explain what was required to market a property explaining the need to advertise in the appropriate mediums, as well as what was needed on our part to present the unit in the best possible light. He was up to speed on prices in the vicinity and what likely price we could expect. This was very important to us as we were newcomers to selling property. Another plus was that Kyle was a local and knew the area and market very well.
