Mark is a true professional and a pleasure to deal with. His market knowledge is second to none. One of our properties was one that, due to a certain features would only appeal to a smaller range of people and Mark sold it for us in a matter of weeks for a price that exceeded our expectations. Mark is an incredible negotiator. He seems to be available to discuss our sale with buyers until late in the evening. He never seemed to stop working for us. I feel that is why he got us such a phenomenal result on both properties. Mark told us he has lived on the Central Coast his whole life and it truly shows in his area and market knowledge. Rarely was there a question he couldn’t answer for a buyer but if there was one he knew how to get an answer fast. Marks calm, honest and kind communication style is the secret of his success in my opinion. Such a pleasure to deal with for us and our buyers rather than a more aggressive ego based style. You actually look forward to answering the phone to Mark. We have owned personal properties plus 5 investment properties in the past. When I first met Mark he provided us with previous sales data of our area to give us an estimate on the value of our property. This already was a good sign for me as it gave us a realistic value of our home and would set us up for success with a good sale. Once we signed on with Mark he took care of the advertising, promotional material and communications with people that were interested in the property. He was very easy to communicate with and coordinate inspections. On the opening inspection we had 14 groups of people go through the house and after two weeks we received several serious offers which we were happy to accept as it was exactly what the estimated price was. In summary Mark is honest, realistic on pricing and easy to communicate with. If I have to sell my property again I would strongly consider him again as he clearly cares for his clients and sets them up for success.
