Ross & Mark have sold me 3 houses in Kariong over the years. As usual the experience was fantastic! They were friendly and patient in answering all our questions. They gave us a price guide to work with so we weren't putting in offers completely blind. They negotiated with all parties to secure a fair deal that everyone was happy with. Even arranged a property handover meeting with the vendors so we could learn about the intricacies of the house. The congratulatory gift pack was a really nice touch too. That bottle of red wine was a godsend after several days of packing, moving and cleaning! Thank you for helping us get into our new home. We are really happy here!
