From the time of initial contact right though the process of getting ready for sale and achieving success after the first open house, I have been impressed by Ross' professionalism. If he says he will call back, he calls back; if he says he's coming at a certain time that's when he comes. On the one occasion he was delayed by a traffic incident he kept me informed. I really appreciated that. Also, as a first time vendor Ross's genuine, calm and sensitive manner did a great deal towards relieving my anxiety, particularly during the negotiations around offers received after open house. Ross even made a point of being present throughout the after sale inspections etc. It has been a very positive experience to have Ross undertake the sale of my home and I am very grateful for his efforts.
