Ross has an excellent understanding of the Market and provided an accurate and achievable pricing for our House. His company George Brand Real Estate at Kariong were so easy to deal with. Ross kept us up to date with progress on the sale and worked extremely hard to achieve a sale at the top end of our price range. The house was on the market for three days and it was sold. We are so impressed with Ross and his team and would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to sell their home. Their Property Management team also work tirelessly to ensure both tenants and landlords are well looked after. A fantastic and smooth experience !

We purchased our first home with Mark and found it to be a wonderful and easy experience. Mark was very approachable and showed a lot of knowledge of the house and the area we bought in. Theres a reason Ross and his team at George Brand Kariong are at the top end of the industry, and I dont mean cost. We rented 25+ yrs ago through G.B, and recently Ross Sold our Home of 15 yrs. They were great to rent through, and exceptional to sell through. Ross delivered a well structured plan to sell the house within 3 weeks; no push, no lies no fast talking. Just honest salesmanship; informed of market apraisals, always on time to meetings and open homes. Not to mention the step by step process of getting us through this time, always answering calls and questions.
