I approached Mark to sell my townhouse even though the agency was not close to my property, about 15km away. Mark reassured me that it is no longer necessary to choose an agent in the suburb you are in, and he was right! He researched the local market and drew on potential buyers that he already knew. We have known Ross personally and professionally for over 20 years having both raised our families in Kariong. We also utilised his professional real estate advice and services many times over that period. We would not go anywhere else. This sale was particularly sensitive as we were selling my Dads' house who had recently gone into a nursing home. We were struggling to decide what to do with our investment property and asked Mark for his advice. From start to sale he couldn't have been more helpful, giving us feedback on our ideas, and lending his experience to help us make better choices with the preparation and presentation of the property to the point we almost didn't recognise it. (And nearly decided to keep it as it seemed too good to let go!) Nothing was too much trouble, and Mark made us feel comfortable asking any questions that we had about the house, the sale and the process overall. Photos and staging were done on a Thursday. Open House on the Saturday. Monday was a Public Holiday Monday, and we received an above guide offer on the Tuesday. Mark kept us updated at every step of the process, so we never had any concerns that we were being left out of the loop. We would highly recommend Mark for the sale or rental of any property, and are very happy with the result he achieved for us.
