We were in the awkward position of an ever extending cooling off period while our buyer organised their finances and wanting to make an offer on a duplex Ross was selling. During this time, he demonstrated consideration of us as a buyer, communicated where there had been other offers and allowed us the time and opportunity to make our counter offer. During our experience, Ross answered all of our questions and where he didn't have an answer, he endeavoured to find out. He was unlike any other agent and did not apply the pressure that a lot of agents do to buy their property. When it comes time to sell, I hope we can use Ross.
