We recently decided to sell our investment property. Tom was honest and realistic in his appraisal of the house which is why we chose him as our agent. Tom communicated well throughout the process and was always available if we had any questions. This made the process relatively stress free, especially having not sold a property previously. Tom showed several buyers through the house before the marketing campaign had even begun and we consequently accepted an offer after only two days of the house being advertised. Tom provided advice throughout the negotiation process however was not pushy or opinionated. The final price that we accepted was higher than we had anticipated. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome.
