I highly recommend Brand property, we have struggled for nearly 12 months to get a reference from our old landlord, Brand managed to get one and into our dream property within 2 weeks, I can’t be more pleased with the outcomes! We weren’t able to the view the property so the in-laws did on our behalf. They spoke very positively about their experience and were take aback with how well the property had been maintained. We applied for the property and Gerrie has been so incredibly patient whilst our existing agency were having difficulties completing our reference. She called back and forth and made sure we were updated. Whilst that was going on, we had four applications come back as approved and we decided to hold off just because we thought it may be worth the risk. A few days later, we found out it had paid off. We have been wanting to rent in Terrigal for a while and overjoyed that it is now a reality. We’re waiting to hear back from our property manager but if they are half as helpful as Gerrie has been then I know we’re in for a smooth ride. Thank you Gerrie and thank you Brand!
