Biljana made the entire process smooth, her knowledge and professionalism is unmatched. I cannot recommend her or the entire GEST team highly enough. Master professional when it comes to Real Estate
Excellent! Biljana is the master professional when it comes to Real Estate. Recently, we had the pleasure to work with her on selling our property and she did an excellent job getting the best deal possible in a just a few days! You can trust Biljana to get the job done
Biljana is great to deal with. She's responsive any time of the day and was helpful with all of our little annoying questions. You also feel like she's working for both the buyer and seller for the best outcome. In such hot market, Biljana could easily switch off and let the houses sell themselves for market value but she's still very motivated and passionate about what she does and goes above and beyond to fetch those higher sale prices. I wouldn't hesitate to use Biljana again in the future.

Amazing experience
Biljana is very honest, upfront and professional person, probably the best in the market today. Not only is she prompt in responding to any queries, she's just as willing to get the best outcome for everyone not just "her" clients. I have messaged and called her over weekends and she's always replied or talked with me in spite of being in family events. My rental property was so well managed by her, I cannot recommend her and Gest highly enough.

Wilfully neglectful and ignorant

Highly recommend!

Worth the Wait
We chose Biljana because of her enthusiasm, knowledge, and positive attitude. Biljana listened to our suggestions and in turn put these into action, ie: rearranging furniture. She kept us up to date following every home open, ie: suggestions put forward by potential buyers. Finally she found the buyer and the rest is history! Thankyou Biljana, that Proseco looks devine.
