Josh approached as a nice guy, and I suspect in most parts of his life he is. However, he sold us a house he knows well, as owned by his boss who is a Dr in a cosmetic clinic Josh also works for. Josh was either uttly disinterested or complicit. Windows had handles missing, dishwasher faulty, plugs in sinks jammed and aircons blowing hot and leaking into the house. Also extremely loud rats in ceiling overnight, had to kill, which resulted in shutting off parts of house untill smell and flys ended. When we did our final inspection and noted some issues, we got bad luck, you should have known when you made the offer. The rules actually say if Josh knew, he had to disclose. Who stands around to see if a dishwasher does more than just light up? Now, not interested nor replying. Dishonesty or negligent; either way, find better!
