I'm a first time buyer and no real experience with real estate so I was glad Gavin could help me out. He was very informative and communication was great. He has helped me each step of the way and handled everything promptly. I'd recommend Gavin Zeitz if I knew someone that was looking to sell. If in the future I am looking to sell I will go through Gavin. I went with a 30 day settlement instead of 60 which is what I needed. Gavin is making a recommendation to change to 60 days to the seller. It was my mistake but he is doing what he can. Besides that (which was my mistake) everything has been fantastic.
