Honest and loyal
Gavin managed our investment property for 6 years and he has just helped us sell the property. We had an issue with a balcony leak soon after we bought the property and Gavin’s help in sorting through the issues was tremendous. He was constantly making calls for us and he was extremely diplomatic. On the property sale he was very honest with us regarding our expectations and his judgement was spot on. Overall Gavin is lovely guy to deal with and he operates a with good judgement and integrity. Highly recommend!
