An Agency that Cares!
Gilbert and Younan was recommended to us by another agent. From the beginning their outlook towards what they do was able to gain our confidence. They were very helpful in preparing the house for leasing such as finding suitable people for different tasks. They showed their expertise in finding the right person for the property where we didn't have to do much at all. Even after the tenancy they are taking care of the issues that are coming up time to time which puts us at ease. Their monetary handlings are all transparent. No negative remarks from us so far. I wish them success and I would recommend them to anyone!

bumpy road
The start wasn't a good one with a few mistakes from the real estate. Before I even got the keys they already took money from my bond to clean an oven ?? I also have my doubts about the inspection because when you still find stuff from the old renters in the house ...... Overall the house wasn't end of the lease clean which is normal compare to the real estate because its an old place??? The first week the communication with the real estate was poor with hardly any proper reaction. It seems that after the first week the manager was back which has improved in the communication. She has sorted the Rental Bond and a few more things. I do hope it will stay this way because the beginning wasn't a good start and not a great experience

Very responsive
Gilbert and Younan managed the re-vamping and re-letting of our unit. They continually kept us informed on the progress of each project and were quick to respond to any concerns we may have had. They went beyond our expectation, even helping out one Sunday with an issue that arose. Their willingness to help was very much appreciated.

Fast and reliable
