We chose Craig to be our agent because of his vast experience in real estate and the courteous and professional manner that he displayed in our first appraisal meeting. We felt that he will be the same when dealing with potential buyers. Craig was accomodating to our needs when we told him that we can only do open house inspections on Sundays. We didnt get a good response from the Sunday inspections so Craig suggested a Thursday night inspection. Craig managed the sale of our property from marketing right through to the auction. Craig kept in constant contact, giving me feedback on people that he showed the house to. He not only had open house days but also took people for private inspections of the property. Something that not every agent will do! So that was fantastic. Whenever I had a question or feeling unsure about anything, Craig always gave me honest advice and guided me through the whole sale/auction procedure. Even on auction day I was unsure on the reserve price and Craig once again calmed me and guided me to what he felt would be appropriate and realistic.
