I have situation. I need to sell current property before new property cooling off period, 10 days! Craig gave me good suggestion and introduced required resources, such as water jet clean, etc. After clean up and set up, Craig also gave me some TIPs, "how to make the house looking good". That was very helpful comments. Anyway, ended up, my current property sold after the first open house! Craig also good negotiator! I had several potential buyer and he organised people and bring best offer for me. After that, he frequently contact me and check progress. I had experience with another realestate agent who never talk with me after signup purchase contract. I can rely on him for my both selling and purchasing actions.
