To whom it may concern, From the very beginning our dealings with Craig Alexis and the Gilmour Property agency were positive. We first met Craig 6 months prior to selling when we first advised Gilmours of our intention to sell our family home. Gilmours have been excellent handling the rental of our Kellyville investment property for many years , so we agreed to the meeting when referred by our rental agent. Craig immediately impressed us with his professionalism and honesty – we did not even bother to ask any other agents to quote us for a sale. When we put our home up for sale in late February (on a Monday) – we had 7 groups go through our home on Wednesday and Thursday. There were 36 groups who attended our house on the terribly wet Saturday with 4 groups placing bids after. Craig advised us of the the bidding prices (which we were satisfied with) , and we agreed to set a 48 hour window for offers to end on Monday afternoon. This method of setting a 48 hour deadline after the Saturday viewing is (in our opinion) the best sales method to use for Baulkham Hills. The price Craig achieved was very good and exceeded our expectations. The house was sold less than 7 days after first posting on the internet. At all times Craig acted in our best interest s, was open and honest. You could not ask for more for an agent who is selling your much loved home. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Craig and Gilmours agency to anyone who wants to sell and achieve a good price in the current market.

I found Craig and the team at Gilmores to be of the highest standard. They had a very professional and polite team. There was always a lot of notice with open homes and no pushy behaviour. Astounding: Exceptional: Very, Very Happy with the result !!   August 2014 My wife and I have known Craig for over 15 years, when we were all involved in Real Estate. It’s been a few years since my wife and I left the industry, however when it came time for us to sell, there was no choice… we always knew that Craig’s professionalism, experience and honesty was going to work in our favour. We used to ask our Vendors to “leave it up to us”, we had no hesitation in “leaving it up to Craig”. The result was spectacular. Granted the market (and our location) created a golden window of opportunity, however the marketing strategy that Craig used gained us over $200,000.00(!!!!) more than we expected. This is not a misprint, $200,000.00 was like having the winning lottery ticket. We have no doubt that Craig (and his team) delivered this ticket to us, and it only took 1 open house, and about 1 week to cash it in… We will be eternally grateful, will tell anyone who wants know how great the experience was, and shall happily offer a verbal reference to any one who wishes to contact us.
