Very simple and effortless. Christel knows the market and was pretty much spot on with her estimated sales price. Christel was in communication at all points along the journey. I felt at ease knowing Christel was managing the marketing (including some practical quick tips on presentation without going over the top, kept it realistic) and sales process. No fuss.
