Selling or buying? I have done both with Trent and I can personally say it has been so easy and stress free. Selling your home is the most stressful thing you can ever do (I think) but with Trent on your side it is actually a fun ride. His communication was great and he touched base regularly to keep me up to date. His negotiation skills are one if kind, he knows how to achieve top results for his clients making you feel you’re in safe hands. We also needed to do some small renovations to our home before taking it to market, Trent had all the contacts for good tradesmen and at a good price, he managed all of the quotes and trades from start to finish. I thought this was excellent as he secured great prices for us and then managed it all - what a service! :D Trust Trent & his team if you want a stress free sale with a street record price! Trent originally sold us our house 6 years ago, and contacted us this year to advise about the strong market opportunity and asking if we would like to sell. We went ahead and were really pleased with the outcome. He advised an accurate estimate, and the house sold within the range he quoted (he was upfront with potential buyers, and did not underquote to generate interest like so many others do). He gave good advice about what small jobs to get done before selling, to position the house well for sale. We were impressed with how he sought a good outcome for both the seller and the buyer. He was outstanding to deal with - a good communicator, professional and helpful. Couldn't have done anything better.
