Trent was very professional and friendly. He made the sale of my late mother’s home as easy as it could be. My brothers and I live quite a distance from each other but Trent kept in contact with us all via email and a vendor portal. Our family home sold at auction for a price we were all happy with. I would recommend Trent to anyone wishing to sell.

I have never met or even spoken to Trent but acted through Ingrid osborne an agent from another branch of Gittoes that we had had a good experience before. Ingrid managed the sale of the property on our behalf with Trent and gave us the details of what Trent was achieving. I am very happy with the result and feel Trent has gone an excellent job. Jim

Trent was very optimistic and very positive about the price I would get for my property. He was also positive that we could sell it within a week . Trent can be insistent and driven to ultimately achieve his end goal .

Trent knows the area and the market as well if not better than anyone else in the area and explains what and how he is going to go about marketing and selling your property so that you know exactly what is going on

Trent is very helpful and easy to talk to.

Highly recommend Trent for his service and knowledge of real estate. His pricing was once again spot on and his excellent communication kept us informed throughout the whole process.

I've used Richard twice and both times Richard was professional but caring enough to listen to and respect my wishes. Both times he sold my places very soon after listing and got full results. Selling a house can be very stressful but my experiences with Richard were stress free.

Richard was great to work with. Always returned calls and happy to help with all of our questions. We had delays in settlement and he kept us informed and updated on the progress! Really happy with our interactions with Gittoes overall.

Richard arranged repainting, carpeting and the styling of the apartment, and marketed the property in a very professional manner. Follow through and regular reporting could not have been better. I do not give accolades to real estate agents very often, but in Richard's case, he exceeded my expectations, and i would have no hesitation in recommending that you entertain his appointment in any sale program.
Richard Faulkner
Was knowledgeable about the property and helped us to purchase our first property with ease
