Saw Trent when I came down from Northern Rivers to get an idea of things. Didn’t know area at all. Just sold my place after a lot of stressfull negotiations. Fantastic price. but stressed to oblivion. He was very helpful, went out of his way to show me the place I eventually bought. After living in 7 brand new places it was difficult for me to look at places that weren’t new. The last 17 years I’d lived in the same place which I loved but moved to be near family.
