Richard is a no hard sell agent. He is approachable and easy going but very professional and we found his advice to be spot on. He is realistic and honest with his opinions and will tell you straight as it is. Highly recommended. With the market dropping we did not achieve what we initially expected, but I think we did the best we could considering the state of things.
