Trent knows the area and market extremely well and is a refreshing change from most real estate agents I have met. He's a straight shooter, honest, genuine and consultative without being 'salesy'. We arranged for a Market appraisal at very short notice, Trent was quick to accommodate we liked his enthusiasm, his local knowledge and of the market together with his recommendations for the selling the property. He helped us to do a mini makeover then started the sales process, the whole transition was smooth. After 2 weeks on the market we had an offer which was slightly dissapointing. The next day he came back with a price we were happy to sell the property for.
