Navigating the property market is hard enough without having to deal with disinterested or overzealous (pushy) agents. I found Trent to be neither but rather well measured and personable. He showed genuine interest in my needs with timely follow through. With having several properties on which to make offers through Trent, I found that he took a measured approach between the vendor(s) and my expectations. I would not think twice either buying or selling through Gittoes because of Trent.

We had good and timely communication from the agents. On the Auction day we felt that we had some disadvantage because the agents were focusing more on our competitor bidder. We think we paid bit more for the property we would have loved to settle it without auction. We felt that the agent knew that we are very keen on this property and that did not work well for us. In the context of things, we are happy and I am sure the agents are also happy.
