This was the second time we have used Trent as an agent and we were once again delighted with the result. From start to finish Trent was professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to getting the best result for us as vendors. I would highly recommend Trent as an agent if you are considering selling a house in the area. I would also feel very comfortable purchasing a property through Trent as we have observed his honesty and integrity first hand as vendors.

Like most people, I feel a bit skeptical about real-estate agents. Finding a right agent to help me selling my property was a daunting task, but not until I met Ingrid & Stephen. Ingrid & Stephen came to our first meeting enthusiastic and well prepared. They spent hours answering our questions, providing relevant market data and giving thoughtfully critical advice on preparing and finishing the house in order to achieve higher selling price. On the next business day, they sent through a list of things they recommended to do along with contact detail of local tradesmen. Ingrid & Stephen both are approachable and incredibly generous with their time. They helped us during the whole process from renovation, market campaign through to the auction. Working with Ingrid & Stephen was truly enjoyable experience. We were more than satisfied with the end result. We will recommend Ingrid & Stephen to everyone I know. They are true professional and excellent communicator.

It was wonderful to go through this experience with Ingrid. It has been a long time since we bought and you forget so much. Ingrid was able to explain the process and make the experience a positive one.

This would have to be one of the easiest and smoothest transactions I have undergone in either selling or buying a property. I was overseas at the time and had difficulty in getting documents signed and the deposit to the agent on time. Trent was extremely helpful, supportive and understanding. I have no hesitation in recommending both Trent and Gittoes.

We needed to sell and needed top dollar. From the day we agreed to use Rich as our selling agent he worked tirelessly to bring people through and generate significant interest in the property. His efforts enabled us to sell our house, for a street record, within our time frame. Rich's honest forthright approach kept me at ease throughout what is traditionally a stressful time. A true professional I would recommend to my family and friends.
