Our family congratulate Gittoes Real Estate East Gosford for their great service. I would like to acknowledge the wonderful experience we have had in dealing with Blake Stretton from your office. My mum has been looking for a property on the Central Coast for the past two years and finding a new home in your eighty's can be overwhelming and sometimes daunting. Blake Stretton - A fantastic RE agent.
Without Blake as my agent to sell my mother's property, I would not have achieved a great outcome from a very difficult situation. I had to organise the preparation and sale of the house whilst I live and work in the Central West - and then unexpectedly there were costly complications when a substantial portion of the house had to be rebuilt following discovery of structural issues. Blake was endlessly helpful, professional, diligent and extremely knowledgeable about the Real Estate market, local tradesmen and procedural requirements. I was able to depend on Blake for assistance, and trust his judgement at a time that was particularly difficult - it was a long process with a great outcome and I am very happy that I was lucky to have Blake as my agent.
