I usually do not bother with providing 'Reviews', however on this occasion I think it noteworthy to reveal the lengths Kelvin went to, to sell the family home. Whilst the rationale to sell the property on based on quite delicate foundations, Kelvin took up the challenge and succeeded where I can only imagine most would fail. Kelvin understood the soft-touch required by ourselves and other parties involved. The communication lines between parties were adhered to at all times and communications itself was nothing short of brilliant, being both efficient and effective, whilst still being personable. Kelvin attitude to 'getting it done right' was spot on and was evident through his commitment to the property and his marketing strategy. Kelvin would run open house inspections every weekend without fail, providing an appropriate level of online marketing/positioning, as well as providing the true 'brick and mortar' experience out of his office. Kelvin's aptitude to find solutions to problems was also another characteristic that needs to be mentioned. On numerous occasions, Kelvin provided his trailer to assist with the movement of furniture, rubbish removal and property clean-up. Kelvin even prepared/cleaned the house for the open house inspection on one occasion when I was ill. This level of assistance was a 'value add' during the process of selling the property. Overall, Kelvin acted in a loyal, courteous, and trustworthy fashion for us, the Client. Without a doubt, I would recommend Kelvin Brady as the 'right' selling partner for you!
