We bought and then sold our house in Glass House Mountains through Kelvin. His service and attention to detail is exceptional. When we sold our house he achieved a price higher than his first appraisal, which we were more than happy with. Being a local around town, Kelvin is always happy to answer questions when you pass him in the street or pop into the office. His service of offering a free loan trailer when you move saved us hundreds as well. A very good investment on his part. If we were to buy in the area again, we would not hesitate to go see Kelvin and his team.

Kelvin has looked after us for both the sale and a purchase of a home in the Glasshouse area. Other agents we initially dealt with ultimately lacked credibility and did not have an appropriate understanding of the local market. Kelvin however was brilliant.
