Glasshouse Property Agent Kelvin Brady certainly gets outcomes for his sellers. I transferred to his agency after firstly using an alternative agent for 2 months. My property had plenty of interest however the first agent was not skilled enough to turn hot prospects into signatures on Contracts. Just 5 days after signing over the property to Kelvin he had strong prospective buyers and 3 days later they signed an offer at the list price which we accepted.
