Ian was a delight to work with (even from a buyer's perspective). He went above and beyond helping us resolve some concerns we raised (including troubleshooting a blocked sprinkler!). His thoughtfulness and sincerity humanizes the process, which is a breath of fresh air when dealing with agents.
