Dealt with Lisa buying a property. Even though she was overseas for a week her communication was flawless. At the final inspection before sale she went above and beyond to ensure everything was working. Lisa allowed us an extra visit into the property which wasn’t in the contract so we could take advantage of the Black Friday sales. I will go out of my way to recommend her to others.

In a crazy housing market, we thought we were priced out of the entire region but one call to Lisa and she encouraged us to give it a go. We liked the house to begin with but increasingly loved it as we revised its features and and explored the excellent 3D walkthrough. The house was within distance of a train line and Lisa held the viewing according to the train schedule so we would be able to see how loud it was and get an honest experience of the area, an authenticity not offer by some other agencies. Lisa and her team effectively facilitated a quick transfer to us from the previous owner and all parties were delighted with our collective experiences. Thanks so much, Lisa and the GLC team!

From the moment we first had Lisa over to discuss selling our property we knew we had the right agent! Lisa had done her research of the area and presented to us all the right information on where to start. Her knowledge and experience on how to sift through the serious buyers from the Sunday walk ins gave us great confidence in selling our home (and in the end was beneficial in selling our home so quickly.) From there, once we officially gave the go ahead the whole process went so smoothly… from getting our photos done, to getting our ad out, to our first home open, everything was done efficiently and Lisa and her team (Amber) was always there to answer any questions.
