In a crazy housing market, we thought we were priced out of the entire region but one call to Lisa and she encouraged us to give it a go. We liked the house to begin with but increasingly loved it as we revised its features and and explored the excellent 3D walkthrough. The house was within distance of a train line and Lisa held the viewing according to the train schedule so we would be able to see how loud it was and get an honest experience of the area, an authenticity not offer by some other agencies. Lisa was professional from the start. She viewed the property, and immediately outlined what she felt was the best approach to selling the home and achieving the best price. In my case, there were a few things about the house that needed to be fixed. She summarised those and actively assisted in organising the work needed as for much of this time i was abroad. It was done without delay. Home was open for viewing immediately and offers were on the table soon after. House was sold within short time. I recommend Lisa.
