As it was our first time as a vendor our inexperience in the market place was made much less daunting with Belinda's guidance, support and helpul advice. It was a really positive experience without any pressure and kept in contact with us the entire time as to what was happening and where we were up to at all times and always able to contact her even outside her office hours. From the beginning Belinda provided all the details regarding how the market was and the prices as well. She did not hide information which is a very good point. She helped us organise the house e.g. recommended home styling and conveyancing. She is very polite and helpful all the time and responds quickly to any phone calls.
