Dealing with Belinda was so easy and great. I have requested to keep the block on hold for me for an extra week, she has kept it aside even though I haven't put a deposit. I was sending texts at late night as that was the only freetime I had , she was very patient and responded to all my texts. That's what you call true customer service working around your customer.
