Property prices are at best terrible at the moment. Belinda helped us through the process of securing a new block of land in the area that we wanted. Sold our house just recently and interviewed multiple agents before we decided to go with Belinda. She was the only agent who actually took her time and went through every room of the house before giving a realistic market price. Her team were very efficient and competent. She made herself available on short notice for a buyer who was going to be unable to make the first open home. This buyer ended up offering asking price straight up and our property ended up selling within a week.
