After a harrowing 9+mths with one Real Estate Agency, we were lucky enough to meet Darcy at an open house he was showing. After telling Darcy about our situation he called me and made an appointment the same day to come and look at our property. Darcy and Anthony came and after viewing our property gave us an outstanding outline of what they could do for us. We signed with them on the Tuesday and had people through on Thursday, Friday and an open house Saturday. By Monday we had three offers and after some negotiations had a Purchaser that week. We were kept up to date on all progress and I can laughingly say "I spoke more to Darcy and Anthony in that week than to my husband". Anthony's market knowledge, his professionalism and his fantastic communication made this an experience that was an absolute pleasure. His cool, calm demeanour made the whole process relaxing and enjoyable. I am a teacher and Anthony was a wonderful student during the 90s and I was his Creative Arts teacher. He came to me for Music, Drama and Dance. At this stage of his life Anthony was an up and coming magician. He performed at my Academy Awards concert and the school was thrilled by his "live dove" performance. Anthony was a lovely student and a lovely young man then.
