From the moment we met Brooke, she was kind, attentive and so friendly, yet professional also. On the two occasions we met with Brooke, she was patient, and generous with her time in showing us the beautiful house which is now our home, and pointed out areas of interest as well. We communicated with Brooke outside of her work hours with questions and details to clarify. My property took 3 months to sell, which was much longer than anticipated. Expectations were very high at the beginning but as the market slowed it became obvious that this was not going to be the quick sale we had expected. We continued with weekly "open house inspections" and Brooke kept me updated along the way. Each week I was informed of the number of inspections and what those prospective buyers comments were. Overwhelmingly, those who inspected my property "loved it" but for various reasons it wasn't for them and only a few returned for a 2nd inspection. Eventually the right purchasers came along and once that happened the process was quick and smooth. In order to sell, I did have to accept a price well below the market appraisal and a little under my "bottom line". I chose to do that in order to secure purchasing a property I was very interested in. I had inspected more than 20 other properties and I didn't want to miss out on this one. I'm happy to say, I purchased the property I wanted.
