Anthony helped me sell my house. Previous to using Anthony I tried for 3 or 4 months to sell my property through Love Realty, there was many, many mistakes made and opportunities lost. The closest we got was an offer for 950,000 that fell through. I moved the sale over to Anthony Birt at Global Property Warners Bay. Within the month I had 2 offers at a higher price. There was some delays on the buyers side, but Anthony manoeuvred us though it all, and we sold for 965,000.
