The closest we got was an offer for 950,000 that fell through. I moved the sale over to Anthony Birt at Global Property Warners Bay. Within the month I had 2 offers at a higher price. There was some delays on the buyers side, but Anthony manoeuvred us though it all, and we sold for 965,000. I should also note the property itself had quite an unusual layout and some quirks that made selling the property a more difficult sale, but it got done!
